20th August: 905e now in store. First impressions sasy that this is a nice bike for £999
16th August: UM26S - well what can I say - this bike is good enough to inspire me to put together a page devoted to reviews of the bikes. So check back in a few days for a full review of this bike and many more.
10th August: UM26S has arrived - not a bad little pedelec at all!! More details to follow.
9th August: Urban Mover now available to order. We should have delivery of the Urban Mover UM26S in tomorrow to demo in store by Wednesday.
8th August: Wisper 806 Alpino's are sold out already - few 805fe's are left - order now for an 805 or wait around 5 weeks for the next batch of 806 Alpino's. Demonstrator model is still in store.
7th August: New map of our ride to Bewdley will soon be added to our maps page.

3rd May: The Wisper 806fe folder will soon be replaced by the 836fe which has a 36volt battery rather than the 24volt. price increases from £1019 to £1219. The Wisper 905se City is also being replaced by the 905se City S which is £1599.

6th April: Only just over a month away is the Tour de Presteigne electric bike rally which is an absolute must go for anyone interested in electric bikes. Features include a treasure hunt, hill climb, electric bike race, vintage bike parade, a ghost hunt at night and last but not least the fancy dress. 4th November: Pedals Plus Power will be attending the Electric Bikes and Shared Cars Event. The Wasteless Society and Bishop’s Castle and District Cycle Group are putting on a transport event, Electric Bikes and Shared Cars, at 11.00 to 3.00 on Sunday 8th November at Church Barn, Church Lane, Bishop’s Castle (near the Six Bells pub).
The public are invited to try out electric bicycles provided by Onbike of
Presteigne. Electric bike owners are invited to bring their bikes along to show others.
At 11.30 a.m. Andrew Capel of Llanidloes Car Club will explain how a successful car share scheme has been developed in a small rural town. If there is sufficient interest a similar scheme could be set up in Bishop’s Castle.
Event organiser, Dave Thomlinson, said, “The hills in our area put many people off riding bicycles. Try out an electric bike and you will be amazed how much easier it is to get up hills. For many shorter journeys electric bikes can be a viable alternative to a car - much cheaper to run and good for health”.
The Llanidloes Car Club now has three cars. Andrew Capel said, “The beauty of a car club is that you get to share the cost of the overheads and can avoid having to buy a second car. For those who are even braver, you can ditch your only car, but we recommend you use the car club car for at least three months before you do that”.
He continued, “Currently we have nineteen members, six of whom rely on the Car Club for their motorised transport”.
Admission to the event is free and refreshments will be available.
2nd November: Pedals Plus Power will be displaying bikes at Ounsdale High School's Winter Wonderland on Saturday 28th November between 2 and 7pm. At the rear of the school you will be able to view the bikes and test ride the bikes as well. The focal point of the event is an ice rink with a selection of stalls and music and food. Proceeds from the event go towards helping a group of year 13 pupils raise funds for a trip in support of the World Challenge Organisation. Come along and ride an electric bike and support a good cause at the same time.
